Oxygen, is a very toxic gas and an extreme fire hazard. It can be fatal in concentrations of as little as 0.000001 p.p.m. Humans exposed to 100% oxygen concentrations at pressures above 1bar, usually when kept in storage cylinders below 6 metres of water, die within a few minutes.

In lower concentrations, e.g. 20%, the toxic effect is somewhat delayed and it takes about 2.5 billion inhalations before death takes place. The reason for the delay is the difference in the mechanism of the toxic effect of oxygen in 20% concentration.

Whoops too late,

Its that time of year again when my parents put up lights on their house.

For four years I helped them put them up, bring them down, have a few quite drinks with the neighbours. This year is diffrent though, I'm a visitor.

While I still of course know everyone there I hardly see them anymore, some haven't changed, one of the "boys" next door is engaged, the other has a new girl. Accross the road still have the best lawn on the street (true he is a greenskeeper) the basketball court is gone and been replaced with a botchie court and another sold their house and moved away (sadly not to escape putting up lights though)

True I miss some of the times, but I am also glad that I dont have to worry about it as much. After answering the same question each time by passing people it tends to give you the shits.
